Workspace 02 · Executive Outreach

Invitations CXOs actually answer — with a follow-up engine behind every one.

For advisory firms, event-led GTM teams and founder-led sales: one workspace to target the right executives and site leaders, send invitations they open, track every RSVP touch by touch, and turn a single roundtable into ninety days of relationship momentum. List → invite → RSVP → nurture, with nothing dropped.

The problem

Reaching executives isn't a copy problem. It's an everything problem.

A CXO gets dozens of asks a week and ignores almost all of them. Getting one in the room takes a why-now trigger, a tracked follow-up, and a reason to stay in touch after — and most teams have none of the three.

Your invitations read like everyone else's

A template blast with no personalisation and no reason-to-act lands in archive on sight — and every send quietly burns a name off a list you can't easily rebuild.

RSVPs live in your head and a spreadsheet

Who opened, who's a maybe, who needs a nudge before Thursday — tracked across your inbox, your calendar and your memory. Guests slip through, and seats go empty on the night.

The event ends and the momentum dies

No cadence, no nurture — so the one evening a senior leader gave you never becomes a second conversation. Weeks of effort evaporate within a week of the event.

What's inside

Everything to run an executive invitation, end to end.

Not a template pack and not a CRM — a focused workspace built for the exact loop of getting senior people into a room and keeping the relationship warm afterwards.

📚

12-sample playbook library

Evidence-based openers you can send today: warm re-engagement, ecosystem-hook, HQ-sponsor ask, cold trigger note, roundtable invite, micro-pilot language, LinkedIn POV, 72-hour follow-up and four more — never lorem ipsum.

🎯

Executive list + tag filters

Build and segment your target list of CXOs and site leaders. Tag by role, region, account or warmth, then filter to pull the exact invite audience for a table in seconds.

🗓️

Event manager with RSVP funnel

Roundtables, dinners, webinars, summits and 1:1 briefings — each with its own guest list moving To Invite → Invited → Opened → Accepted / Declined, with next-touch dates on every guest.

✉️

6 mail-merge invites + firm-profile merge

Six invitation templates that auto-fill each guest's details and your firm profile — your name, capabilities and proof points merge in automatically, so personal-grade invites go out at list speed.

🔁

4 written cadences

Fully-written sequences for the whole invitation lifecycle — value-add bump, honest last call, confirmation, VIP concierge. Copy any touch, or attach a cadence to an event and track it per guest.

📆

.ics export + 7-touch nurture

One-click calendar files for confirmed guests, and a seven-touch post-event nurture arc that turns a single evening into a durable relationship instead of a one-off.

How it works

Four steps from a name to a nurtured relationship.

The workspace mirrors the real loop — build the list, personalise the invite, track the RSVP, nurture the follow-up. Manual mode is free; assisted drafting uses your own AI key.

Build the list & event

Add executives and site leaders, tag them by segment, and stand up the event you're inviting them to — roundtable, dinner, webinar or 1:1 briefing.

Personalise the invite

Pick a playbook sample or invite template; it merges your firm profile and each guest's details around a why-now trigger. Write it yourself for free, or use your own key for assisted drafting.

Send & track RSVPs

Move every guest through the funnel, export an .ics for confirmed seats, and attach a cadence so each nudge and confirmation is tracked per guest — nothing dropped.

Nurture after the event

Work the 7-touch post-event arc so one evening becomes ninety days of momentum — and the next invitation lands on a warm relationship, not a cold list.

Sample output

A real invitation, hooked to a why-now trigger — plus the follow-up.

This is the calibre of copy the workspace helps you produce: a personalised executive roundtable invite that earns a reply, and the three-touch cadence that runs behind it. Firm fields merge from your profile; guest fields merge on personalise.

Subject Meera — your name came up for a small GCC-leaders table on AI ops Body Hi Meera, I noticed Aurelis Bio just expanded its Bengaluru centre past 1,800 people and posted three senior roles on the new AI platform team — which usually means the "show me the ROI" conversations are landing on your desk right about now. That's exactly the room I'm building. On Thursday 18 September I'm hosting eight GCC and site leaders for a 90-minute working roundtable — "AI in operations: what actually shipped in 2025" — over dinner at The Leela, Bengaluru. No panel, no pitch: eight peers comparing what scaled, what stalled, and what the board asked for next. Two reasons I thought of you specifically: • You've taken a centre from build to run — the table needs that voice, not just early-stage stories. • We'll pre-share an anonymised benchmark of AI-ops outcomes across 20 India GCCs; your read on it would sharpen it for everyone in the room. I'm keeping the list under ten so the conversation stays candid. I've held a seat for you through Friday. May I hold you a seat? Warmly, Kalilur Rahman 20+ years scaling delivery and GTM across GCCs · benchmarks used by leaders at 50+ India centres Follow-up cadence · 3 touches [ Touch 1 — Day +3, no reply · value-add bump ] Subject: Re: a small GCC-leaders table on AI ops Meera — quick nudge before I release the seat. Here's the one-page benchmark preview (AI-ops outcomes, 20 GCCs) so you can judge the calibre of the room whether or not the date lands. Still glad to hold your place if the 18th is workable. [ Touch 2 — Day +7, opened, no reply · honest last call ] Subject: Closing the Bengaluru table on Friday I'll stop nudging after this one. We're at seven of eight, and I'd rather the last seat go to you than to a cold outreach I don't know. If it's purely timing, say the word and I'll put you first on the Q1 table. [ Touch 3 — Day +1 after "Accepted" · confirmation + concierge ] Subject: You're in — Thu 18 Sep, 7:00pm, The Leela Delighted, Meera. Calendar hold attached (.ics). Any dietary preferences, and is there anyone you'd like me to seat you near? I'll send the pre-read benchmark and the final guest list 48 hours out.
Who it's for

Built for the people who win business in the room.

If your growth depends on getting senior people to say yes and staying in the relationship afterwards, this is your workspace.

Advisory & consulting firms

Turn a sharp point of view into an invitation-only table of the exact CXOs you want as clients — and a follow-up that doesn't depend on anyone remembering to send it.

Event-led GTM teams

Field marketers and event leads running dinners, roundtables and summits get the list, the invites, the RSVP funnel and the nurture in one place — not five tools and a spreadsheet.

Founder-led sales teams

Founders selling to CXOs and site leaders send personal-grade invitations at list speed, with cadences that keep momentum without standing up a full SDR bench.

Community & roundtable organizers

Anyone convening senior peers can build the guest list, fill the seats, track every RSVP touch by touch, and keep the community warm between sessions.

FAQ

Questions before you open it.

Do I need an API key?
No. The workspace runs in manual mode for free — you get the full 12-sample playbook, the six invite templates, the RSVP funnel, the cadences and the nurture arc, and you write or paste your own copy. Assisted drafting is optional and uses your own AI key, so you're never billed through us.
Where does my executive list live?
In your browser, on your device. There's no server and no shared database behind it — your list, events, RSVP status and notes stay local to you. That's also why sharing a workspace means sharing a link, not exposing your contacts to anyone else.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Share the workspace link and each person runs it in their own browser. If you'd rather one shared, tracked pipeline across a team — or simply want it run for you — the monthly retainer or managed service is the better fit.
Is there a hosted, multi-user version?
A hosted option with shared lists and team-wide RSVP tracking is on the roadmap. Today it's a fast, private, browser-based workspace — which is exactly what you want for sensitive executive contact data in the meantime.
How do I start?
Open the workspace and load the sample executives and roundtable — every screen fills with a realistic example so you can see the whole loop. Then swap in your own list and event. No signup, no card, nothing to install.

Fill your next table with the right executives.

Open the workspace, load the sample roundtable, and see your first personalised invite and follow-up cadence in minutes — free, in your browser.
