Workspace 01 · Flagship
Break into India's life-sciences GCCs — account by account.
India hosts 150+ pharma, med-tech and life-sciences Global Capability Centers, and the buyers behind them almost never answer a cold capability deck. This workspace turns that market into a named-account motion: build your ICP, map the real buying center inside each center, and run senior-grade plays hooked to a live, dated reason to act.
51 India GCC starter accounts
250 curated GCC executives
49 dated why-now triggers
6-stage penetration pipeline
The problem
The GCC boom is real. Your access to it isn't.
Pharma GCC leasing in Hyderabad is up roughly 6x between 2022 and 2025, and every consultancy and SaaS vendor has "GCC" on the pipeline slide. Winning the work is a different sport — these are multi-signature, matrixed accounts where a generic outbound motion dies quietly.
✕
You're pitching an org chart, not a buying center
You can name the Site Head from LinkedIn, but not who actually holds budget, who blocks on security, or who quietly champions you. So outreach sprays whoever answers — and the deal never forms.
✕
One signature is never the deal
A GCC purchase runs through the India site, the global process owner at HQ, enterprise IT and procurement. Pitch one contact in isolation and you stall at "interesting — send more info."
✕
You show up with no why-now
A new center announcement, a validation deadline, an audit finding, a leadership move — the reason to act this quarter exists, but it isn't in your CRM. So your note reads like every other vendor's.
What's inside
A full penetration system, not another prospecting list.
Six connected tools that take you from "which GCCs fit us" to a mapped account with a sequenced, senior-grade play — all running in your browser over a shared, curated account universe.
🎯
GCC ICP builder
Define your maturity sweet spot — captive vs. hybrid, R&D vs. shared-services, headcount band, function focus — and score the universe against it so you chase centers that can actually buy what you sell.
🗺️
Account map + 6-stage pipeline
A 51-company India life-sciences GCC starter dataset, each account moving through Research → Mapped → Outreach → Meeting → Opportunity → Won so you always know where a pursuit really stands.
⬡
Buying-center mapping
Assign every stakeholder to a role — champion, economic buyer, technical gatekeeper, process owner, blocker — and see, per account, which roles are covered and which gaps will kill the deal.
📇
6 senior persona playbooks
Site Head, Head of PV, Head of Digital & IT, Global Process Owner and peers — what each one owns, their KPIs, what they fear, the angles that land and the objections they'll raise.
✉️
Outreach plays, hooked to why-now
Multi-touch sequences and first-touch notes that stitch the persona, the buying-center role and the account's live, dated trigger into a message that reads like it was written for one center.
📡
Landscape import
Pull in 250 curated GCC executives and 49 dated why-now triggers to seed your map — real leadership and real events, so day one starts warm instead of from a blank sheet.
How it works
Capture the account, generate the play, track the motion.
The workspace runs entirely in your browser. Manual mode is free; assisted mode uses your own AI key to draft the strategy and copy. Either way, the account map is yours.
Load & shape your ICP
Start from 51 seeded GCC accounts, import the executive landscape, and tune the ICP to your maturity sweet spot so the pipeline reflects centers you can genuinely win.
Map the buying center
Add contacts, assign buying-center roles, and log a dated why-now per account. The gaps — no champion, no economic buyer — surface before you waste an outreach cycle.
Generate the play
Manually or with your AI key, produce persona playbooks, buying-center strategy memos, first-touch notes and full sequences — grounded in that account's real context.
Export & advance
Copy or export the artifact, run it, and move the account down the 6-stage pipeline. Everything you save feeds the other four workspaces on the platform.
The money shot
A penetration snapshot a senior partner would sign off on.
Point the workspace at one pharma GCC and it returns an account brief you could walk into a pursuit review with — context, the likely org, an entry-point hypothesis, three plays and a 30-60-90. Here's a representative example.

Account context
Global pharma R&D + PV captive GCC · Hyderabad · ~1,900 FTE, scaling
Live why-now — 14 Mar: announced a second Hyderabad campus and a
"digital PV" mandate to consolidate safety operations out of three
regional hubs. Empanelment for the new build is not yet locked.
Likely org structure
• Site / Center Head (India) — owns P&L, ramp, local delivery risk
• Global Head of Pharmacovigilance (HQ) — owns the process standard
• Head of Digital & IT (India) — owns the stack (Veeva, Argus, LIMS)
• Enterprise Architecture / InfoSec (HQ) — validation + security gate
• Global Procurement (HQ) — MSA, empanelment, rate cards
Reality: the standard is set at HQ; the India site funds and delivers.
Sell only to the site and you win a pilot that HQ later overrules.
Entry-point hypothesis
Enter at Head of Digital & IT (India) as champion — they carry the
"digital PV" mandate and feel the three-hub consolidation pain daily.
Route the economic case to the Global Head of PV; pre-clear InfoSec
early so validation isn't the surprise that stalls month three.
Three plays
1 · Champion-first, give before ask — a 2-page "signal vs. noise in
PV case processing" teardown mapped to their Argus footprint. No
demo ask; offer a working-session seat.
2 · Economic frame for HQ — reframe from cost-per-FTE to audit-findings
-closed and hours-returned; tie to the consolidation deadline.
3 · Service→product wedge — an AI-gated micro-pilot on one PV
automation, fixed-scope, validated under their SOPs, comparable
pharma GCCs closed in 4–6 weeks.
30 · 60 · 90
30 Champion aligned; InfoSec pre-read shared; why-now confirmed live.
60 Micro-pilot scoped with the Global Head of PV; procurement looped
for the empanelment path before the new-campus walls go up.
90 Pilot in validation; multi-year PV automation proposal on the desk,
priced against comparable Hyderabad centers.
Who it's for
Built for the firms selling into GCCs, not the GCCs themselves.
If your pipeline depends on winning work inside India's life-sciences capability centers, this is your operating layer.
Boutique consultancies
Advisory and delivery shops chasing GCC transformation, validation or process-excellence mandates who need to out-map larger competitors, not out-spend them.
Specialist SaaS vendors
PV, quality, clinical-data, RIM or engineering-tooling vendors selling into matrixed centers where the buyer, the standard-owner and the gatekeeper sit in three cities.
Pharma & med-tech service firms
Small CRO, regulatory, safety and med-tech engineering providers who win on account intimacy and need every pursuit mapped before the empanelment window closes.
Fractional GTM teams
Fractional CROs and GTM operators running the India-GCC motion for several clients at once, who need a repeatable, senior-grade system rather than ad-hoc research.

FAQ
Questions before you open the workspace.
Do I need an AI API key to use this?
No. Manual mode is completely free — you get the ICP builder, account map, buying-center mapping and every framework, and you write the plays yourself. Assisted mode, which drafts persona playbooks, strategy memos and sequences for you, uses your own AI key so you stay in control of cost and data.
Where does my account data live?
In your browser. Your accounts, contacts, buying-center maps and notes are stored locally on your machine — there's no shared backend collecting your pipeline. When you use assisted mode, only the context you send goes to your own AI provider.
Can my team use it together?
The workspace is single-operator by design today, which suits fractional GTM and boutique teams. For a shared, multi-seat account universe, the Operator and Managed plans include a calibration session, and hosted team sync is on the roadmap — reach out and we'll fit the workflow to your firm.
Is this hosted, or do I run it myself?
It runs as a static workspace right in your browser — nothing to install, no server to stand up. A hosted, synced version with shared team state is on the roadmap; for now everything stays local and portable, which most security-conscious buyers prefer.
How do I start?
