Outreach command center
The numbers that matter this week — and the follow-ups you cannot afford to drop.
Follow-ups due
Guests sitting at Invited or Opened whose next-touch date has arrived. Silence kills acceptance rates — clear this list daily.
The loop this workspace runs
Executive events fail in the gaps between steps. This OS closes the gaps.
1
List — build a small, precise executive list with warmth and seniority tracked.
2
Invite — send a personal, respectful invitation from the template library, personalized per guest.
3
RSVP — track every guest through To Invite → Invited → Opened → Accepted / Declined, with next-touch dates.
4
Cadence — run the written sequences: value-add bump, honest last call, confirmation, VIP concierge.
5
Nurture — the 90-day post-event arc turns one evening into a durable relationship.
Starter data
Load 8 sample executives (clearly fictional) and one sample roundtable with a mixed RSVP funnel so every screen has something to show. Merges by name — never overwrites your data.
Tip: clear everything later via ⚙ Settings → Clear all data.
Executive list
Shared with every workspace on this platform — an executive added here appears in GCC Penetration and Launch OS too.
Import: keep the CSV columns from the export, then bring rows back in via ⚙ Settings → Restore backup (JSON), or add executives manually — deliberate lists beat bulk lists at this altitude.
✦ Build my target list brief
Turns your ICP inputs into a list-building strategy: 15 exact title patterns, 6 boolean LinkedIn strings, a 100-point prioritization rubric and a first-10 plan.
Events
Roundtables, dinners, webinars, summits and 1:1 briefings — each with its own guest list and RSVP funnel.
Personalizer
Pick an event, a guest and a template — get a ready-to-send invitation with every merge field filled. Edit, copy, or open straight in your mail client.
Unresolved fields render as {{field}} so you can spot what still needs a human touch. AI personalization uses your edited body as the base.
✉Create an event and add guests first — then this becomes a one-click invitation machine.
Invitation template library
Six formats, written to be answered. Each ships with three subject lines, a LinkedIn variant, and the psychology of why it works.
Playbook samples — GCC edition
Twelve evidence-based samples from the GCC reach-out playbook — warm re-engagements, trigger-hooked cold notes, pilot language and nurture touches. Firm fields ({{firm_name}}, {{capability_1}}, {{proof}}…) merge automatically from ⚙ Settings → My firm & messaging; contact fields merge when you hit Personalize.
Operating principles for executive invitations
The rules embedded in every template above.
1 · Real scarcity only. A 12-seat dinner is scarce; a webinar is not — never pretend otherwise. Executives can smell manufactured urgency from the subject line.
2 · The no-pitch promise, stated explicitly. "No slides, no vendor pitch" answers the objection before it forms. Then keep the promise — one broken promise ends the franchise.
3 · One-word RSVP. Every invitation ends with an ask that costs one word: "May I hold you a seat?" Reduce reply friction to near zero and reply rates triple.
4 · Peer gravity beats agenda. Executives attend for who else is in the room. Name the peer set (with permission) before you name the topic.
5 · From the senior-most host, personally. Never from marketing@, never "on behalf of". Seniority of sender sets the perceived seniority of the room.
6 · Logistics complete in touch one. Date, time, venue, format, capacity — an executive forwarding to their EA should need nothing else.
7 · Three touches, then grace. Invitation, value-add bump, honest last call. After that, release the seat graciously — the relationship outlives the event.
Cadence library
Four fully-written cadences covering the whole invitation lifecycle. Copy any touch, or attach a cadence to an event below and track it per guest.
Attach a cadence to an event
Attaching a cadence renders a per-guest touch checklist — every checkbox is saved on the guest record.
The 90-day nurture arc
Seven touches from D+1 to D+90, each fully written. Attended guests get the full arc; no-shows and declines get tailored subsets.
Nurture planner
Pick an event — guests are grouped by outcome (Attended / No-show / Declined) with only the touches that apply. Checkboxes persist per guest.
✦ Post-event recap email + LinkedIn post
Feeds the event's real outcome numbers plus your raw highlights into an expert prompt — returns the attendee recap, a no-show variant, and a host-voice LinkedIn post.
Log a meeting note
Every executive conversation gets a note, a next step and a due date. The table below keeps you honest.

Sorted by due date. Draft the follow-up email straight from any note.
